1 pound ground beef
1 egg
1 tsp salt
Chopped onion, to taste
1/2 C milk
1/2 C crushed Corn Flakes
flour

Sauce:
1 can golden mushroom soup
1/2 can milk
1/2 can water

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Mix ground beef with egg, salt, chopped onion, milk and corn flakes. Form into patties. Roll each patty in flour and brown on both sides in a frying pan. Put patties into a glass 8 x 12-inch baking dish. Mix sauce ingredients; pour over patties. Bake for 45 minutes.
