1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (6 oz.) can crab meat, drained
1 (12 oz.) bottle cocktail sauce
1 (4 1/2 oz.) can shrimp, drained

Mix cream cheese and crab. Mix well. Spread mixture on a serving plate. Spread cocktail sauce over mixture. Cover with shrimp and serve with crackers.
