2 pounds redskin potatoes
6 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
2/3 C mayonnaise
1/3 C buttermilk
4 Tbs cider vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced
1/3 C celery, chopped
Shredded cheddar cheese
2 scallions, chopped
1 tsp sugar
salt
cracked black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Boil, peel and cube the potatoes, toss with 2 Tbs cider vinegar and 1/2 tsp salt.

Prepare the dressing. Mix mayonnaise, buttermilk, remaining 2 Tbs cider vinegar, minced garlic, chopped celery, chopped scallions, sugar, salt and pepper. Toss with the cubed potatoes and chill for at least 1 hour. Top with crumbled bacon.
