Cookie Dough
1 1/2 C shortening
2 C white sugar
1/2 C molasses
2 eggs
4 tsp baking soda
4 C flour
1 tsp cloves
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon

Frosting:
1 stick margarine (not butter)
1 pound powdered sugar
1 - 2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Mix all cookie ingredients together. Roll dough into balls (about 1 Tbs of dough), roll the balls in white sugar. Bake for 10 - 15 minutes. When cool, frost.
