1 1/2 packages (8 oz. each) cream cheese
3/4 cups sugar
1/2 cup butter, room temperature
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup heavy (whipping) cream, whipped
1 graham cracker crusts
graham cracker crumbs (for garnish)

Directions:

Cream together first three ingredients until fluffy. Blend in lemon juice and vanilla extract. Fold in the whipped cream. Pour into graham cracker crusts and sprinkle top with graham cracker crumbs. Refrigerate at least 3 or 4 hours before serving.
