1 pan of cornbread made with self rising cornbread mix
and adding 1/2 cup of self rising flour
4-5 stalks celery, sliced
2-3 medium onions, diced
4-6 eggs, raw
2-4 eggs, boiled and chopped
Rubbed sage to taste
Poultry seasoning to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
Turkey broth

Directions:

Cook cornbread and let cool. Crumble it finely into a large bowl. Steam onion and celery until done. Add to cornbread. Add chopped egg and 2 of the raw eggs along with some of the water from the vegetables. Add a small amount of sage, poultry seasoning and salt and pepper to taste. Add additional turkey or chicken broth and raw egg so that dressing is very moist. Bake at 400 degrees until browned.
