3 lb. ground beef
1 large onion diced
1 cup water
1 can Sacramento tomato juice
1 container 'Bowl of Red" chili mix
1 14.5 oz. red beans rince under water

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef in large Dutch oven with water.
Add onion and garlic cook until slightly softened.
Stir in 'Bowl of Red' chili seasoning and blend with beef. Simmer 20 minutes
Add tomato juice and beans. Stir to blend.

Simmer for a few hours. Best if served the next day to allow flavors to blend. Serve over spaghetti as an option. Garnish with shredded cheese, sour cream, onions and fresh avocado.
