3 & 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
2 tsp baking soda
3 & 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
2 tsp salt
3 cups sugar
1 cup veg oil
4 eggs, beaten
1 (16 oz) can pumpkin
2/3 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Sift the flour, baking powder, baking soda, pumpkin pie spice, and salt in medium bowl.
Combine the sugar and oil in a mixing bowl and beat until smooth.
Beat eggs into oil mixture.
Add the dry ingredients alternately with the water, mixing well after each addition.
Spoon into 2 greased and floured 5X9 inch loaf pan.
Bake at 350 for 1 to 1 & 1/2 hours or until loaves test done.
Cool in the pans for 10 minutes.
Remove from the pans to a wire rack to cool completely.
