3/4 cup unpopped popcorn
2/3 cup almonds
1 1/3 cup pecans
1 tsp baking soda
1 1/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup white corn syrup
1 cup butter
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Pop corn. Mix nuts. Set both aside. Mix corn syrup, sugar and butter and place in tuperware 3 litre casserole. Microwave on high for 10-15 minutes. Stir mixture every 4-5 minutes with a wooden spoon until it turns a caramel color. Add vanilla, baking soda and nuts. Quickly pour over popcorn and mix well, reheating in microwave on high for 1 minute if necessary. Spread on greased cookie sheets breaking into clumps with 2 forks. Cool and store in airtight container.
