3.5 oz box vanilla pudding
1 ½ c. milk
6 oz can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
¼ tsp. ginger
¼ c. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
In small bowl, combine pudding, milk, and orange juice. Beat 1 minute. Stir in sour cream and ginger. Refrigerate several hours or overnight. Serve with fresh fruit.
