Flat Cut brisket
onion salt,
garlic salt
Lawry's seasoning
1-2 T liquid smoke
1 T vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix seasonings together and rub over brisket. Put on rack in baking pan. Put liquid smoke and vinegar in bottom of pan. Bake 5 hours at 325º with fat side up. Shred and put back in oven for an additional hour.
Serve on buns. May have coleslaw on top.
