2 lb. stew meat
Oil for browning meat
Flour for dusting meat
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cans white shoe peg corn
1 small onion, diced
6 carrots, cut in 1" lengths
4 potatoes, cut up
1 can lima or green beans
2 large cans V-8 juice
Celery flakes to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Flour and salt and pepper meat. Brown in butter or oil on all sides. Add onions when meat is almost done and let brown for a few minutes. Add V-8 juice and let meat simmer for 2-3 hours in juice. Cook potatoes and carrots separately. When meat is done, add all vegetables. Continue cooking until vegetables are cooked done.
