"The tradition of Italian cooking is that of the matriarch. This is the cooking of grandma. She didn't waste time thinking too much about the celery. She got the best celery she could and then she dealt with it."--Mario Batali

Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3-4 thawed chicken breasts
6 oz. package of Stove Top stuffing mix (any flavor, but I use chicken or turkey)
1/2 cup sour cream
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1/4 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sour cream, chicken soup and water in bowl. Put chicken breasts in bottom of crockpot. Cover with the package of stove top stuffing. Pour the mixture of sour cream, soup and water over the stuffing and chicken. Cook on low for 4 hours. Sometimes the chicken is done sooner. I usually check on it a few times and stir the stuffing a bit. Serve it as a chicken breast with a side of dressing. Good and easy!
