"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 large, very ripe banana
1 egg with enough milk to make 1 cup (crack an egg into cup, fill to make a cup with milk)
1 stick of butter, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
Dash of cinnamon
Mini chocolate chips (optional)

Walnuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Dump all the ingredients (except nuts and chocolate chips) into your mixer bowl; no need to combine. I just broke up the banana into chunks. Mix on low to medium-low until most of the chunks are gone. Grease a bread pan really well. If you're adding chocolate chips, mix them into the batter and pour into bread pan. Top with sprinkles of walnuts if you prefer. Bake at 350 for 55 minutes. Use knife or toothpick to make sure bread is cooked all the way through. Do not overcook.
