1 can white Shoe Peg Corn, drained
1 can french style green beans, drained
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 cup chopped celery
1 (8 oz) pkg grated cheddar cheese
1 pint sour cream
½ stick margarine
1½ cups crushed cheese crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 7 ingredients and put in casserole. Bake at 375' for 40 minutes. Meanwhile, melt margarine and moisten cheese crackers. Top with crackers and bake for 15 minutes longer.
