10 C chicken broth
1 8oz. can tomato sauce
1 15oz. can diced tomatoes
1 1/2 C shredded cooked chicken
2 Anaheim peppers diced
1 jalapeņo - diced
1/2 C onion diced
3 roma tomatoes diced
1 C thinly sliced carrots
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 T cilantro minced
1 T chili powder
1 t cumin
1 t pepper
1 1/2 salt
I T Chipotle pepper sauce
1/2 C frozen corn
Corn tortilla chips
Shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients except chips and cheese into the crock pot and let it cook on high for 6 hours. (longer is okay). In each serving bowl crush some chips. Ladle soup over chips and top with more chips and cheese.
Enjoy.
