I loaf of seasoned bread for dressing
1/2 C margarine or butter
1 C onion
1 C celery
1 C mushrooms
1 Can water chestnuts sliced (optional)
Turkey giblet, and neck meat chopped
salt to taste
1-2 t sage
Hot water to moisten

Directions:
Directions:
Slice and cut into cubes the bread. Put into a large mixing bowl. In a sauce pan melt butter, sauté onions, celery, mushrooms. add seasonings. Pour over bread cubes. dice the giblets, and but the neck meat in small pieces. Add to bread mixture. Pour hot broth, used to cook giblets, over the mixture to moisten the bread. Put the dressing into a well greased casserole dish. Cover with aluminum foil. Warm in a 350 º oven for 30 - 35 minutes. Serve warm.
