1 cup butter, softened
1 cup brown sugar, packed
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/8 tsp. salt
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar together well. Beat in egg and vanilla.
Stir together, flour, soda and salt. Add to butter mixture. Mix well, shape into cookies. Bake on ungreased pan at 350ºF for 6-8 minutes.
