1/2 onion
minced garlic clove
1 # ground beef
salt
pepper
old bay seasoning
1 Can tomato sauce
1 Can undrained Kidney bean
1 can diced tomato
1 pkg chili seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil on med/low heat. Saute onion with garlic, (may add 1/2 C red wine). Don''t let onion burn or turn brown. Add beef, salt pepper and old bay seasoning and brown with onion. When heat is brown, add I cup of water and let simmer til most of the water is gone.
Add tomato sauce, beans, and tomatoes. Let simmer for awhile. Add chili seasoning with 1-2 cans of water and let simmer for about 1 hour. Stir often. Oil will come to top and can pour it off at this time if you want.
If you add another pound of meat, you need to add a can of tomato, beans and sauce as well.
