2 # spare ribs
1 large onion, sliced
1 lemon, sliced
1 t salt

sauce: 1 C Catsup.
1/3 C Worcestershire
1 T. chili powder
1 t salt
1 T brown sugar
2 dashes tabasco sauce,
1 1/2 C water

Directions:
Directions:
Salt and cook spare ribs for 15 minutes in a Dutch oven. Drain. May put in roaster or Dutch oven. spread onions and lemons over meat. Combine all ingredients for sauce and bring to boil in sauce pan. Pour over meat and bake 1/1/2 hours in 325º oven.
I like to serve with boiled potatoes.

Dennis and Cathy Horn were stationed with Dad and I for Artillery School at Fort Sill, in Lawton Oklahoma in 1968, We later went to visit them, and Cathy was a great cook, she fixed this wonderful meal.
