2 # frozen hash potatoes, thawed
onions to taste
1 Can Cream of potato soup
1 Can Cream of celery soup
1 Can Cream of Cheddar cheese soup
8 oz. container of sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients together, and spoon into a greased 3 quart casserole dish. Bake at 350º for 1 1/2 hour. Let sit and cool, for awhile to thicken a bit.
