½ pound bacon, cut into squares
1 onion, chopped
bell pepper, chopped

Mix with equal parts water:
1 small bottle catsup
1 can tomatoes
1 can tomato sauce
1 can tomato paste

salt, pepper, sugar & tabasco sauce to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Fry bacon, remove from pan. Add onion & pepper and saute until lightly browned. Drain grease. Mix remaining ingredients in large pan and bring to a boil. Add fish and cook until done.
