Thin chicken cutlets
Pastrami
Mustard
Duck sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken on a flat surface. Put 1-2 slices pastrami on cutlet. Smear mustard on pastrami. Roll up the cutlet seam side down and place in a lined baking pan.
Pour duck sauce over chicken and bake covered on 350º for 20 minutes.
Uncover and bake an additional 20 minutes.
