1 pint oysters
1 quart whole milk (or half and half)
2 T. Butter
Salt -pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Drain liquor from oysters and put in saucepan. Bring to boil and skim. Add oysters and simmer until edges begin to curl. Heat milk almost to boiling point. Add butter and seasonings, to taste, to oysters. Add milk. Serves 2.
