1 lb spaghetti cooked
1 1/2 lbs really ripe tomatoes (mix up the variety)
4 cloves garlic finely minced
10 large fresh basil leaves thinly sliced
1 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil


Directions:
Directions:
Cut the tomatoes into bite sized pieces. The smaller varieties work best, like cherry, grape, yellow, and any small tomato,. If using large red tomatoes, peel first. Put into a deep bowl and add the garlic and olive oil and cover. Chill this in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.

Cook the spaghetti until el dente and drain. Do not rinse. Put the hot spaghetti on top of the tomato mixture and stir. Add the fresh basil and stir to combine,.

Serve with fresh grated parmesan cheese and hot crusty bread
