2-6ounce boxes Ring Macaroni-or and type of macaroni
1 med Onion, finely chopped
4 stalks of Celery, diced
1 cup Carrot, shredded
8 hard boiled Eggs, diced--optional
4 ounces shredded Cheese--optional
8 ounces diced Ham--optional
1 Cucumber, diced with seeds removed

Dressing:
1 quart Miracle Whip or Mayo
1/2 cup Sugar
2 tablespoons Yellow Mustard
1/4 cup Cider Vinegar or Sweet pickle juice

Directions:
Directions:
Boil macaroni according to directions on the box, drain and cool.

Prepare, dice, chop veggies.

Combine ingredients of the dressing. Then add macaroni and veggies.

You may add any veggies that you prefer...bell peppers, broccoli, etc.

This recipe makes a very large batch, but keeps in the refrigerator well. If you plan on storing it do not add the cheese, as it becomes very mushy.
