1 pound Powdered Sugar--3 1/2 cups
1 pound Sweetened Flake Coconut
3/4 cup mashed Potatoes
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon almond flavoring

Dipping Chocolate

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare mashed potatoes ahead of time, mashing with a little milk to make them stick together.

Combine powdered sugar, potatoes, coconut and flavorings. Roll mixture into balls and freeze.

While ball are frozen dip individually in melted dipping chocolate.To make your own dipping chocolate combine 10 ounce bag of chocolate chips and 1/3 bar of paraffin wax and melt together in a double boiler or microwave.
