1/2 C Butter-1 stick
1 cup Sugar
4 Eggs
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 16 oz can Hershey Chocolate Syrup
1 cup + 1 tablespoon Flour
1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 cup chopped Walnuts-optional

Frosting
6 tablespoons Butter or Margarine
6 tablespoons Milk
1 1/2 cups Sugar

1/2 cup Chocolate Chips

Directions:

Heat oven to 350
Cream well soft butter and sugar, add eggs and beat well. Add vanilla and chocolate syrup and beat well. Then add baking powder, flour and chopped nuts. Spread mixture on a 10 x 15 greased bar pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes.

Frosting
Combine butter, milk and sugar in a saucepan. Bring mixture to a boil for 1 minute--do not over boil or frosting will become sugary. Remove from heat and add the chocolate chips. Beat well with a spoon until chips are melted. Spread on brownies while the frosting is still warm.
