40 oz Boneless skinless chicken breast strips (Tyson) pulled
3/4 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup flour
2 green peppers minced
2 medium onions minced
4 celery stalks minced
2 28 oz cans chopped tomatoes with liquid
2 2 oz cans mushrooms stems and pieces
2 T dried parsley
2 t dried basil
4 t Worcestershire Sauce
2 cups Heinz Chili Sauce
6 cloves garlic minced
2 t soy sauce
2 t sugar
1 t black pepper
1/2 t salt
6 dashes hot sauce

Directions:
Directions:
sauté chicken in large heavy skillet.
Heat vegetable oil in same skillet and then stir in flour. Cook roux to a copper color.
Reduce heat and add the minced vegetables and sauté till they are clear. Add chicken, and rest of ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 30-40 minutes.

Serve over rice.

An large electric skillet can be used and works as a keep warm serving vessel when serving this at a pot luck.
