1 Box Sure Jell Fruit Pectin
3/4 Cup Water


FOR STRAWBERRY:
2 Cups Crushed Strawberries
4 Cups Sugar


FOR BLACK RASPBERRY:
3 Cups Crushed Raspberries
5 1/4 Cups Sugar


FOR CHERRY:
2 Cups Finely Chopped Cherries
4 Cups Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare fruit by finely chopping or using food processor to crush. For black raspberry, run through a sieve to remove seeds. Stir fruit and sugar together until well blended, making sure to scrape down sides of bowl. Let stand for 10 mins.

In a small saucepan, mix sure jell powder and 3/4 cup water; bring to a boil and continue a full rolling boil, while stirring constantly, for 1 minute. Remove from heat and pour into standing fruit mixture. Stir for 3 mins or until sugar is completely dissolved and no longer grainy.

Fill containers immediately, leaving 1/2 inch space at tops for expansion during freezing; cover with lids. Let stand at room temperature for 24 hours. Refrigerate up to 3 weeks, or freeze up to one year.
