Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

Begin with a very large bowl!

Cream butter, peanut butter and sugars together in mixer (about 3 minutes).
Add eggs to butter & sugar mixture one at a time. Make sure the eggs are mixed in well. Add vanilla & corn syrup. Mix to combine.
In a large bowl, mix oatmeal, and baking soda together.
Add the oatmeal mixture to the butter/sugar mixture and then slowly add the chocolate chips and M&M's. Mix until it is incorporated.

Using a small cookie scoop or spoon, scoop the cookie dough onto the lined baking sheets. Space them about two inches apart. Flatten the tops a bit with the bottom of a glass.
Bake for 10 minutes - turning halfway through the baking time. Leave set on baking sheet for 5 minutes and then remove to a cooling rack or wax paper covered newspaper.

Personal Notes:
This recipe is a HUGE batch of cookies. 12-15 doz depending on the size of the cookie. I make the dough, scoop it into balls and freeze the raw dough. I then bake a few dozen at a time. They can be baked from the frozen state, but it will take 2 minutes longer in the oven.
