2 boxes (8½ oz) corn muffin mix
1 can (11 oz) Mexican corn
2/3 cup milk
2 large eggs
2 Tablespoons butter, melted
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
4 oz. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375'. Lightly coat a 8x12 pan with Pam. Stir all but cheese together until blended; stir in cheese. Put in pan and bake for 30 to 35 minutes until golden brown.
