Combine until crumbly:
1 cup flour
1 stick margarine, softened
½ cup nuts

Place in bottom of 8x12 pan. Bake at 300' for 15 minutes. Cool.

2nd Layer:
1 cup powdered sugar
1 (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
½ large Cool Whip

Combine sugar & cream cheese. Add CoolWhip; spread on cooled crust.

3rd layer:
2 packages instant chocolate pudding
3 cups milk

Combine and pour over layer 2 when softly set.

Spread other ½ of large Cool Whip on top & sprinkle with toasted chopped pecans.
