2 pie crusts, unbaked

Cream together:
2 cups sugar
1 stick butter

Add to creamed mixture:
¾ cup buttermilk
4 eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 cup coconut


Directions:
Directions:
Pour into pie shells & bake at 350' for 40 to 50 minutes. I usually cover loosely with foil the last 15 minutes to prevent over browning.
