1 1/2 sticks (3/4 cup) unsalted butter (firm, but not cold)
pinch of salt
2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla
3 oz. bittersweet chocolate (melted and cooled to room temperature)
a little milk, if needed



Directions:
Directions:
Beat butter and salt on medium till light and fluffy (About 2 minutes.) Reduce speed to low. Gradually add sugar. Beat till incorporated. Add vanilla and beat till smooth. Scrape bowl. Add chocolate. Beat on medium till incorporated. Do not over mix. Add milk 1 tsp at a time if needed.
