2 cups cold chocolate milk
1/4 tsp vanilla

Peel banana; cut into 1 inch pieces. Wrap banana in foil; freeze solid. Place chocolate milk, frozen pieces of banana and vanilla in blender. Blend until bananas are pureed and well blended.
