4 Chicken Breast
1 ½ cups of Rice
1 can of Cream of Mushroom Soup
Milk
Water
Lipton Onion Soup Mix
Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat Oven to 400º
In a pan of top of the stove on low to medium heat, add can of mushroom soup, use the can to measure out a can of milk, use can again to measure out a half of a can of water.  Mix together in pan, add rice.  Heat just enough for mixture to blend together will, you are not trying to cook the rice just blend it with the other ingredients. 
Butter your casserole dish and place raw chicken breast in pan, pour your heated mixture over the chicken trying to distribute the rice evenly. Sprinkle top with Lipton Onion soup mix. Cover and bake for about an hour to hour and half.  Check your chicken to be sure it is cooked. I uncover for last 15 minutes of cooking.  Enjoy!
