2 1/4 cups flour
1/4 cup cocoa
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup butter
1 cup applesauce
4 eggs
1 tbsp vanilla
2 cups shredded zuchinni
1/2-3/4 cup chocolate chips
icing sugar

Directions:
Directions:
In medium bowl stir together flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Set aside. In large mixing bowl at medium speed, beat together sugar and butter until light and fluffy. Beat in applesauce, eggs and vanilla. Slow mixture to low and gradually beat in reserved flour mixture. Gently stir in zucchini and chocolate chips. Pour into lightly greased bundt/fluted pan. Bake at 350 about 50-60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool on wire rack 10 minutes. Loosen cake from sides of pan and gently turn onto serving plate. Cool completely and dust with icing sugar.
