1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup butter
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp baking soda
2 cups
3 cups all purpose flour

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Place butter, peanut butter, and sugar in a large mixing bowl. Beat at high speed with electric mixer until creamy. Beat in eggs, beat well. Blend baking soda into buttermilk, add flour, and milk mixture. Beginning and ending with flour, just until combined. Pour batter into 3 greased and floured 9-inch cake pans. Bake 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center of cake comes out clean. Allow to cool in pans for 10 minutes. Remove cake from pans and allow to cool completely. Frost as desired.
