1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. sausage
1 onion, grated
1/4 cup tomato paste
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 slices of bread, soaked in milk
1 egg
1/2 cup rice
juice of 1/2 lemon
1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1 tsp dried mint
2 tsp dried fennel seeds, crushed
1 lb. grape leaves

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together.
Rinse grape leaves in cold water and lay to dry.

Cut out stem of grape leaf. Place small amount of filling in each and roll.

Put rolled dolmathes in pot. Pour chicken broth to top, and add 3 Tbs. olive oil.
Freeze in pan.
Thaw 4 hours before cooking.
Cook on low heat until cooked through. Usually about 2 hours.
