1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup butter
1 t orange peel
2 T orange juice
1 egg
2 1/2 cups flour
1/2 t soda
1/2 t salt
2 cups chopped fresh cranberries

1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1/2 t orange peel
2 -3 T orange juice

preheat oven to 325
cream sugars and butter until fluffy. Add egg and beat until fluffier. Add orange peel and orange juice. Combine dry ingredients and add. Add cranberries.

bake 12 - 14 minutes
