Ingredients:  
1 1# can of salmon
1 8 oz. cream cheese
2 t minced onion, or more
1 T lemon juice
1/4 t salt
1/2 t liquid smoke
1 t horseradish
1/2 C chopped pecans, or may use dill weed

Directions:
Directions:
Drain and debone the salmon. Mix all the ingredients together Make into a ball. Cover with nuts, or dill weed. Chill. Keep in refrigerator. Serve with crackers.
