Bar: 1/2 C butter
1 square unsweetened chocolate
1 C sugar
1 C flour
1/2-1 C chopped nuts
1 t baking powder
1 t vanilla
2 eggs

Filling: 8 oz pkg cream cheese
1/4 C butter
1/2 C sugar
1 egg
2 T flour
1/2 t vanilla
1/4 C chopped nuts
6 oz pkg chocolate chips

Frosting: 2 C miniature marshmallow
1/4 C butter
1 square unsweetened chocolate
1/4 C milk
1 # (3 C) powdered sugar
1 t vanilla
remaining 2 oz cream cheese

Melt butter and choc square over low heat, add remaining "bar" ingredients, mix well. Spread in 13 x 9 " pan. In small bowl, combine 1 oz cream cheese with next 5 filling ingredients. Blend until smooth and fluffy. Stir in nuts. Spread over choc mixture. If desired, sprinkle with chocolate chip pieces. Bake 350º for 25 - 30 minutes. or until toothpick is clean on test. Sprinkle with marshmallows and bake 2 minutes. In sauce pan melt butter, chocolate square, cream cheese and milk. Stir in powdered sugar with vanilla, Cream. Pour over marshmallows, and swirl together. Store in refrigerator.
