1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp. water
4-6 boneless pork chops, 3/4” thick
2 tbsp. flour
1 box stuffing mix, crushed
1 pkg. brown gravy mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup chopped mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
Beat the egg and water in a shallow dish with a fork or whisk. Coat the pork with flour, dip into the egg mixture; coat with stuffing. Place the pork onto a greased baking sheet. Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes or until the pork is cooked through. Prepare gravy as directed on package; add can of mushroom soup. Add chopped mushrooms. Thin gravy with water as needed.
