1 pkg (8 oz) light cream cheese, softened
1 c ( 8 oz) light sour cream
1 pkg (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
1 pkg (9 oz) frozen artichoke hearts, thawed, drained and chopped
2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt-free seasoning
1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Stir in spinach and artichokes; mix well. Add lemon juice, seasoning and pepper. Transfer to a 9 inch pie plate coated with nonstick cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until mixture bubbles around the edges. Serve warm with crackers
