3/4 C. creamy peanut butter
1/2 C. shortening
1/3 C. sugar
1/3 C. brown sugar, packed
1 egg
2 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 C. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp.salt

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Remove wrapper from the Kisses. Beat peanut butter and shortening with an electric mixer until blended. Add sugar and brown sugar and beat until fluffy. Add egg, milk and vanilla; beat well. Stir together flour, baking soda and salt; gradually beat into peanut butter mixture. Shape dough into 1" balls. Roll in additional sugar and place on a grased cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned. Immediately press a Kiss into the center of each cookie. Cool.
