2 eggs
1 3/4 c sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup oil
6 apples
2 c flour
2 tsp baking soda
Directions:
Directions:
Mix eggs, sugar, cinnamon and oil. Slice apples and add to mixture in bowl. Mix baking soda, flour and add to apple mixture. Grease 9x13 pan and bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes
