3 c. chicken breasts, boneless, skinless, cubed
9 oz. Asian style noodles or 6 oz. Elbow noodles
1/2 bag of frozen peas(or a little less than that)
1/3 c. rice vinegar
3 T honey
2 T peanut butter
2 T soy sauce
2 T vegetable oil
1 T sesame oil
2 cloves finely chopped garlic
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
splash(1-2 tsp.) lemon juice
1/4-1/2 tsp. celery seed

In medium bowl combine marinade ingredients(everything besides the peas, chicken, and noodles). Set aside 1/4 cup marinade in another bowl. Add chicken to remaining and marinate at least 30 minutes. Remove chicken from marinade. Cook chicken in large pan 6-10 minutes until cooked thoroughly. Throw out remaining marinade left from the chicken.

Cook noodles according to package directions. Add peas for the last 3 minutes to cook with noodles. Drain and rinse noodles. Combine with chicken and 1/4 cup of marinade set aside earlier. Toss to coat and enjoy!
