2 eggs
1/4 C milk
1/2 C bread crumbs
2 Tbs dried parsley
1 tsp salt
1/4 C chopped onion
1 1/2 pounds hamburger
1/4 C ketchup
2 Tbs brown sugar
1 tsp mustard
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Combine eggs and milk, stir in bread crumbs, onion, parsley, salt and pepper. Add hamburger and mix well. Put in a bread pan and bake for 1 1/4 hours. Combine ketchup, brown sugar and mustard and spread over meatloaf. Continue to bake for 10 minutes.
