Ingredients:  
1 extra large egg yolk (or 2 smaller yolks)
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Canola, Corn or Peanut Oil (not evoo)
Garlic
1 teaspoon or less of white wine vinegar or cider vinegar
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix egg yolks and Dijon mustard with a whisk
Slowly add oil - a little at a time. This will take at least 15 minutes
Add salt and white pepper to taste
Add vinegar and mix
Add 1 clove garlic (whole)
Refrigerate

Remove garlic before using
